Hire Controller

Totally Recruitment Ltd are seeking Hire Controllers to join a well established business who are anational provider of powered access and telescopic handler hire, as well as machine sales, contract hire and associated training located in Ashby-De-La-Zouch.

We are seeking an individual with Hire Sales/Hire Desk/Plant Sales/Machinery Hire Sales experience, somebody who is self-motivated and possesses excellent Customer Service and Sales skills.

About the role:.

• Taking customer orders over the phone and via email
• Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
• Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
• Add quotes, place orders, raise collections and create reports
• File paperwork correctly
• Complete administrative work
• Ensure the work area is kept clean and presentable
• Deal with issues/complaints appropriately

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• Salary around £27,000 - £30,000 - dependent on experience

About You:

• Experienced within a similar role - Hire Sales / Hire Desk / Hire Control / Plant Sales
• Knowledge of Fleet/Plant/Machinery
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (face to face and via email)
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
