Highways Customer Liaison Manager

Our local authority client is looking for an experienced Highways Customer Liaison Manager to join their busy team. Full details below:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To assist the Highway Service Manager to manage the increasing workload on customer enquiries, complaints, FOIs, investigation and processing of insurance claims, assisting with contract matters as part of the NEC4 Highway Maintenance Contract.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience would be in a Highways Maintenance environment with customer relationship and insurance claim experience as well as some basic highway maintenance knowledge. Would expect a minimum of 5 years experience in this role.
