Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Reed Education, a rapidly expanding education recruitment agency, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Addlestone. This is an immediate start position for a candidate who is eager to support the delivery of the National Curriculum and contribute to the learning and development of students.

Day to day of the role:
  • Support the delivery of all National Curriculum subjects.
  • Prepare resources and manage classroom activities.
  • Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity of education.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting each child’s individual development.
