Are you passionate about making a positive impact in education Join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in the vibrant community of Cheltenham. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with additional advantageous experience in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning activities.
- Provide tailored support to students with SEND, fostering their academic and personal development.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of individualised learning programmes.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEND is essential.
- Experience in supporting students with SEMH needs is advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
