Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a primary school based in Romsey. This is an excellent role which will include covering classes, working with small groups of pupils, and carrying out one-to-one work where needed. You will be required to provide support for students in KS1/ KS2. This can either be day-to-day work or Long-term depending on what you're looking for and the needs of the school. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced educators, and gain valuable classroom experience.

Hourly Pay: £12.50 - £15.50
Location: Romsey
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
• An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or be willing to process a new application
• Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential
