Job Description

We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Yorkshire and the Humber, specifically in South Yorkshire, Sheffield. As an integral part of our educational institution, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning activities in Primary Schools.

Job Duties:
  • Delivering curriculum under the guidance of qualified teachers
  • Managing student behaviour in the classroom and during activities
  • Assisting with assessment and reporting processes
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
  • HLTA qualification 
  • Bachelors Degree in Education or related field
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training or certifications in education
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
