If you are looking for an HLTA role for September 2024 then apply now. This role will include leading classes and developing children's skills in their learning. A HLTA will be expected to teach and cover classes in teacher's absences using their planning to continue students learning without disruption.
You will be expected to have strong behaviour management within the classroom as well as adaptable skills to support a range of students.
Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Aylesbury
Within this role, you may be asked to carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence as well as assisting students who need additional support with their learning. The schools are looking for like-minded individuals who will settle within the setting and be able to continue their hard work with the students.
