?? What will you be responsible for? ??

  • Promoting equalities and diversity, both in the workplace and in service delivery.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to uphold the values and vision of our client.
  • Keeping up to date with new developments, legislation, and guidelines relevant to the role.
  • Supporting the team with document and data management, including formatting presentations, producing various information in different formats, and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Managing financial resources, investigating anomalies, analysing financial information, and processing payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships within the team, across the organisation, and with external stakeholders.
  • Supporting customer relations by responding to complex queries, formulating routine responses, and proactively identifying ways to improve business processes.
  • Coordinating and providing comprehensive support for meetings and events, taking accurate notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.

  • Experience in minute-taking to ensure accurate recording of meetings.
  • The ability to effectively use various software and systems for document and data management.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse and validate information, identify errors, and propose corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with financial management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proactive mindset with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and cover other meetings as required.
