Role:

- Salary c.£42k DOE + overtime + benefits
Workshop info:
- 3 pits, 2 poster ramps, 4 poster ramps, 8 bays, body shop
- Vehicles from 3.5t vans up to arctic trucks, no plant
- DAF, MAN and Mercedes trucks
- 5-6 staff including one Workshop Manager who has qualifications and experience as a HGV Technician
Candidate:
- Must be a qualified HGV Technician or Plant Fitter
- Should possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Shall be a well-rounded team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- Can demonstrate a clear career history and provide references
- Will provide formal qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in heavy vehicles or plant
- Might have prior work experience working on MAN, DAF and Mercedes products
- Could be well adverse in the world of commercial vehicles
- May hold a HGV Class 1 or Class 2 driving licence, however, cat B (car & van) licence essential
- Will have experience with diesel engines and hydraulics
