An excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Mechanic / Fitter to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Location:Mochdre, Colwyn Bay LL28.

Salary:£40,000-£50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience with additional overtime available.

Working Hours: Hours will be managed on a rota of early and late shifts Monday to Friday and between the hours of 7am and 10pm but this can be up to discussion dependent on personal requirements.

The role will equate to 45hrs per week with optional Saturday overtime.

Their team of fully accredited mechanics, founded in 2020, provides expertise in all aspects of maintenance and service for both private and commercial vehicles, with their vast knowledge and experience, they are equipped to handle any repair or maintenance needs efficiently, ensuring vehicles operates at their best.

The company are now looking to recruit an Experienced Commercial Mechanic to join their team working on LGV & HGV vehicles.

About The Role:

Working in their new fully equipped workshop facility to conduct routine maintenance, inspections and general repairs of HGV & HGV vehicles.

Candidates must be suitably qualified with minimum 5yrs HGV experience within a similar role. The role will also include some work on Cars & LGV also so the successful applicant will be a flexible employee who works well with others.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Full industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair)
  • Chassis work.
  • Good written skills (to complete inspection/defect paperwork).
