Vacancy - Helpdesk Administration Assistant
Our client a well-established local company are looking for a Helpdesk Administration Assistant to join their in-house call out team.
Duties include:
- Effectively managing a high volume of calls
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to clients and staff
- Liaising with customers,
- Processing client call outs
- General helpdesk administration duties
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Strong customer focus
- The ability to work on own initiative
- An excellent telephone manner
- The ability to work unsupervised
