Do you have experience as a Heat Pump Engineer, looking to progress your career into a Managerial position within an established business, where you will directly influence the trajectory of the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a young and expanding company, giving you the chance to manage all of the installs for underfloor heating and air source heat pumps.

This company specialises in all aspects of domestic heating as well as renewable technologies. Through innovation and quality of service, they now require a Heat Pump Manager to collaborate with cross functional teams t implement energy efficiency projects.

In this role, you will have the chance to progress your career from a Heat Pump Engineer to a full time Heat Pump Manager where you will oversee installations as well as overseeing all technical aspects of work being carried out.

The Role:
- Develop and manage the department to ensure project timescales are met.
- Control, maintain and develop the process of MCS.
- Daily management of domestic installations across the business.
- To work 50% in the office and 50% travelling to work sites around the South-East.

The Applicant:
- Experience as a Heat Pump Engineer.
- Experience either as a team leader/supervisor or any small team management.
- Must be happy with a hybrid role with travelling involved.
- Full UK Drivers License.
