Role Overview
Top 100 commercial law firm is looking for a healthcare regulatory solicitor to join its London team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of health, social care, and education issues, providing both advisory and litigation support to public and independent sector organisations. You'll play a key role in managing complex caseloads, advocating at hearings, and contributing to client care and business development. Type of work involved includes:

  • Court of Protection
  • Human rights
  • Inquests
  • Mental health
  • Safeguarding
  • Patient safety
  • HSE/CQC inspection and enforcement

Candidate Profile
Our client is seeking candidates with the following:

  • 4+ years PQE with a focus on regulatory law
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Technical excellence and meticulous attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to form strong working partnerships
  • A practical and commercial approach to problem-solving
