A top-tier Legal 500 firm in Surrey is looking for a Healthcare Regulatory Senior Associate Solicitor.

This is a succession planning role so partnership will be available to the successful candidate. 

You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers in the field on complex and high-profile work on behalf of dentists, nurses, doctors and pharmacists.

Your duties include:

• Handling a diverse caseload involving fitness-to-practice proceedings with regulatory bodies for healthcare professionals
• Provide legal support for healthcare professionals in inquests, local NHS disciplinary proceedings, clinical negligence claims, and criminal investigations

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with 8+ PQE
• Proven expertise in healthcare regulatory matters
• Management experience
