Healthcare M&A Associate Elite Boutique

Candidates must have a strong M&A skill set from one of the Top Tier Investment Banks, Elite Boutiques (or a sector specialist boutique if it has strong deal flow) or one of the Big 4 (with experience in M&A / Lead Advisory). You must be able to operate at the Associate level and be able to demonstrate strong modelling skills and a strong record of deal execution. Candidates must have a previous focus on healthcare transactions ideally with some exposure to Life Sciences.

The bank in question has a fairly lean team but with outstanding deal flow. As an Associate in the team you will gain exposure to exceptional transactions whilst also having the room to take on broad responsibilities.
