We are currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Broadstairs. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Requirements (Social Care):

  • Child/Adult DBS on Update Service.
  • UK Passport/Right to Work
  • Minimum 6 months of in-UK care work experience.
  • Medication administration experience
  • Practical Manual Handling Certification

Responsibilities of the Healthcare Assistant:

  • Provide daily care and support to clients, promoting independence.
  • Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily activities.
  • Build rapport with clients and maintain accurate care records.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
