Retain Healthcare, Salisbury are currently recruiting support workers to work within specialist residential care home in Salisbury, for ongoing shifts and ad hoc work. The service is a long established home specialising in the care of over 40 elderly people in a person centred environment.

Pay rates are £12 to £22 per hour (with holiday pay accrued separately)

Your duties will be assisting with all aspects of daily living including personal care, medication and healthcare appointments along with accessing the local community and maintaining relations with family and friends. Additional activities may include:

  • Bingo

  • Cinema and watching movies
  • Walking/exercise and some sport
  • Art and craft sessions
  • And whatever the residents personal hobby may be.

Requirements for this role:

  • Minimum 12 months paid experience in care setting
  • Right to work in the UK and able to provide 3 emplyment referees
