Currently, we are seeking a dynamic Manager or a qualified Coach with a minimum of 3 years of experience to undertake the role of Level 5 Health and Social Care Coach.

In this role, you'll have the flexibility of working from home while also making site visits to learners across the Reading to West London geographical area. As part of a dedicated regional team of trainers, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting employees in the Health & Social Care sector as they progress through their apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enroll learners onto government-funded apprenticeship programs.
  • Deliver training, assessment, progression, and completion of learners in accordance with the Awarding Body's requirements, employing a mix of face-to-face and online training.
  • Efficiently manage your diary to ensure comprehensive support for all learners within your caseload.
  • Work towards targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progression and evidence using various software platforms.
  • Solicit feedback from employers and customers to continually enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in Health & Social Care (e.g., care homes, domiciliary care, residential care) at a supervisory/management level.
  • Minimum qualification of Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Proficient in Maths & English.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach and a robust work ethic.
