Head pastry chef - boutique hotel - 40,000 Salary

We are seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to join our culinary family.

If you're driven by a relentless pursuit of perfection, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a deep love for the art of pastry, we want to hear from you.

The perfect candidate must have an enhanced DBS or be willing to get one, and have experience in a caring environment.

Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 as a minimum
• CIEH Level 2
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to demonstrate good food production
• Ability to work under the pressure of a busy kitchen
