A leading, Middle Eastern based international bank is looking to recruit a Head of Treasury with the ability to develop and deliver a successful Treasury function in line with the Bank's overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing a strategy for Treasury in line with the Bank's overall strategy
- Manage and optimise the liquidity of the Bank
- Manage the market risk of the business
- Control the use of derivatives in the business
- Execute bond, foreign exchange, money market and derivative transactions
- Promote the sale of foreign exchange, derivatives and other Treasury products
- Ensure Treasury's adherence to all internal standards and guidelines and external regulations
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to the overall management of the Bank
Requirements
- Extensive Bank Treasury experience
- Regional banking exposure
- Strong Treasury trading background
- Middle East based, no remote working
