You might be a Receptionist looking to take the next step in your legal career. Or you might be a Head Receptionist looking to work closer to home. If so, our client would be keen to speak to you. They are looking for a Head of Telephony to join their team, managing the telephony operations across their six offices. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring seamless communication and fostering a culture of excellence in client interactions.

Please note, that whilst you will be based at the Guildford office, you must be prepared to travel between their other offices.

Responsibilities:

• Telephony System Management: Lead the optimisation of telephony systems and collaborate with IT teams for upgrades.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support telephonists, fostering a positive work environment.
• Training and Development: Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance receptionists' proficiency and client satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics to track system performance and generate insightful reports for improvement.
• Client Services Excellence: Ensure consistent delivery of warm, professional client interactions and conduct regular audits to maintain standards.
• Ability to Work Self-Sufficiently: Independently manage telephony operations and prioritise tasks effectively.
