The opportunity;

We are delighted to be working with a highly successful and growing organisation in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive and execute the organisation's Talent Attraction & Resourcing plans.  This is a 'hands on' recruitment role where you will be responsible for recruiting business critical roles and is key to the organisation's future success.

Key elements of the role include;

•    The Talent Acquisition Lead will lead all resourcing activities and will drive process and systems improvements, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
•    Hands on recruitment delivery of key roles for existing and new sites including new projects, working in partnership with the wider HR and leadership teams.
•    Leadership of the Talent Acquisition & Resourcing function including line management of the Resourcing Coordinator, partnering closely with HRBPs and HR Advisors for recruitment activity.
•    Developing creative solutions to drive a successful TA strategy and attract the best talent into the organisation.
•    Future development of the talent development and succession planning strategy.

Based in either Leeds or Newcastle with travel across UK and hybrid working.

What we are looking for;

The Talent Acquisition Lead will demonstrate the following skills and experience;

•    Highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a role that requires a strategic mindset with the need to deliver operationally.
•    Experienced gained within a small to medium sized business with recent experience of 'hands on' recruitment delivery on senior and executive appointments. 
•    Highly commercial and able to make decision that are right for the business.
•    Future focused, able to identify risk and act quickly.
•    Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to make improvements, drive efficiencies and develop new ways of working.
•    Degree qualified with the ability to learn quickly.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills.
