Title: Head of Strategy and Planning - Fintech Innovation

About the Role:

A great opportunity exists with a major financial services business in Dubai. This is a new position is an opportunity for a strategic thinker, with a track record of driving innovation in the fintech sector, to join a prestigious and established company as they embark on an ambitious journey to launch a cutting-edge payments and remittance app.

As the Head of Strategy and Planning - Fintech Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for this groundbreaking venture. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be entrusted with crafting a comprehensive strategy and overseeing its execution, from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities:

·Consult stakeholders and industry experts to formulate a strategic roadmap for the development and launch of the payments and remittance app.

·Lead the planning and execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

·Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the fintech landscape.

·Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of a high-performing IT team to execute the strategic vision and bring the app to life.

·Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Requirements:
