Head of Service, Performance & Business Support needed in Hereford Paying  £397.33 per day ref 1237209

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• To further develop and embed our approach to performance across Children and Young People’s Services.
• The successful candidate will be well versed in understanding performance, data and intelligence and using this to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
• You will be an experienced collaborator who can effectively work with colleagues to implement a culture of performance management at all levels contributing to strategic and resource planning for the future.
• Knowledge and experience of inspection frameworks for Children and Young People’s services, national indicators and data sets is an essential requirement of the role as is knowledge and experience of outcome based accountability or similar methodologies and the implementation in practice.
