We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Head of Science to lead our department into a future where science education is at the forefront of preparing students for a world of discovery.
Position: Full-Time Head of Science

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of an inspiring science curriculum.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of science department staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate science across the curriculum.
- Engage with the wider community to promote the importance of science education.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience in science education and leadership.
- A strong track record of raising student achievement in science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
