Head of Sales - Interior products into fabricators

  • This is a national / sales people management
  • You will be responsible for managing 5 field sales Area Sales Managers
  • It is essential that you have experience within the interiors / fabricator sector
  • You will lead by example and motivate, train, develop, coach and recruit additional heads to a thriving /collaborative winning team.
  • You will have overall revenue responsibility of approx. £15m
  • You will have a small amount of Key Account / customer facing responsibility
  • Your team will sell interior work tops into FABRICATORS

The candidate for the Head of Sales

  • You must either be a people manager or top performing area sales manager that has experience selling into FABRICATORS
  • Whether you are an existing ASM looking for that first people management opportunity or an existing Sales Manager - applications will ONLY BE ACCEPTED if you have experience selling into fabricators

The package on offer for the Head of Sales

  • £55,000 £65,000
  • £8200 car allowance
