As they now expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Sales to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth.

Position Overview: The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams, developing strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  7. Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management.

The Ideal Candidate will have;

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
