Zachary Daniels is delighted to be partnering with a premium fashion retailer, seeking to recruit a head of retail. In this role, you will be responsible for leading store teams through the day-to-day retail focuses and delivering the retail strategy. Focusing on commercial & operational excellence, customer & store experience, and creating the best place to work. You will always be looking for ways to drive continuous improvement and initiate new ways of working. Collaboration is key and the role entails working with a number of business partners both internally and externally. You will also work closely with the commercial and managing directors, developing and implementing long-term retail strategies.

As Head of Retail, You will:

• Initiate and lead key retail projects to deliver improved ways of working and new initiatives.
• Developing and delivering a robust trade routine to review and manage the stores sales and KPI performance.
• Take ownership for driving the weekly retail trade meetings and set clear actions for short term trading initiatives.
• Sales & EBITDA
• Inspirational store visits to engage teams, observe customers, review implementation, gain feedback and identify opportunities.
• Lead Retail budget planning, ensuring that the store teams have clear targets and the right tools to deliver P&L success across the estate.
• Develop and nurture key relationships with Directors
