We are currently recruiting on behalf of a unique provider of adults and children's care for a Head of Residential to oversee a cluster of adult residential provisions based in and around Clynderwen, which offers a holistic approach to provide outstanding care for the people they support
This role requires someone who has a strong background in overseeing services regulated by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales for people with complex and challenging learning difficulties.
In this role you will;
- Work with existing team of 4 Registered Managers and a larger residential staff team in the service to drive quality and ensuring all services are safe and well led
- Work with the senior team to deliver on expectations and achieve best outcomes
- Be dedicated to providing the best care and support for adults in the service
- To act as the Responsible Individual and work to plan, direct and manage Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales inspections, ensuring that the homes are compliant at all times.
