**New Opportunity – Head of Rents and Service Charges**

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association based in London, who are looking to recruit a Head of Rents and Service Charges Services to come in and lead on setting the rent and service charges and deliver on the rents and income budgets.  

The successful Head of Rents and Service Charges will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention. They are looking to have someone start as soon as possible.

Title: Head of Rents and Service Charges
Location: Kent
Salary: £65k – £70k
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent
Duties:

• Responsible to review all rents and service charges on annual basis
• Set service charges for residents, shared owners, and leaseholders
• Complete reviews on costs and charges on annual basis
• Process rent transactions and rent charges
• Process rent payments
• Review service charges and calculate changes
• Prepare service charge budgets
• Directly manage 4 members of staff

Systems / Qualifications:  

• Excel Spreadsheets
• CX Civica
• CIH Level 4
• Part Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or Equivalent
