Role: Head of Product

Location: Oxford

Salary Range: £85,000-£90,000

Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product to join our team in Oxford. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading the product development and strategy for the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the executive team, as well as cross-functional teams, to define and execute our product roadmap. Your creative mindset and strategic thinking will be essential in identifying innovative solutions, ensuring our products remain competitive and meet the needs of our customers.

You will oversee a team of talented designers and developers, providing guidance and support in order to deliver high-quality products. Your strong IT and telecoms background will enable you to effectively communicate and collaborate with the development team, ensuring the smooth implementation and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development process from ideation to delivery
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and features
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop the product strategy and roadmap
  • Manage a team of designers and developers, providing mentorship and guidance
  • Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to drive product enhancements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and address any issues or concerns
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Product or similar leadership role
  • Strong background in creative design and strategy
  • Expertise in IT and telecoms development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
