KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Head of Systems will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Lead and develop a multi-disciplined team who are responsible for designing, developing and implementing a range of systems for IVD's.
Design and manage an engineering solution that meets the clients specific problems, providing core services and infrastructure, leading multiple projects throughout the products and systems development cycle.
Effectively manage your teams goals and performances, delivering and achieving business strategies and ensuring delivery of goals and targets.
Engage and seek out new business development opportunities, providing specifications according to required customer solutions.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Head of Product and Systems Development we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree within a Scientific or Engineering discipline.
2. Proven industry experience within the Medical Device industry.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience of direct line management.
