THE COMPANY

Our client has been established in the Digital Marketing industry for over 15 years, during which they’ve garnered immense expertise and expanded significantly. Due to this, they’re in the process of expanding their team and looking for a Head of Paid Media to join their team.

THE ROLE OF A HEAD OF PAID MEDIA

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across diverse digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Lead a team of paid media experts, offering mentorship, direction, and assistance to foster professional development and excellence.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to synchronize paid media strategies with client objectives, delivering cohesive solutions.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform enhancements to consistently refine campaign performance and unearth innovative opportunities.
  • Promote ongoing enhancement through performance evaluation, A/B testing, and experimentation, ensuring campaigns yield tangible outcomes and optimize ROI.
  • Foster robust client relationships through proactive communication, strategic insights, and outstanding service delivery, acting as a reliable advisor and strategic ally.
  • Possess proficiency in essential tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Looker Studio, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Craft tailored Google Looker Studio dashboards to suit clients' specific requirements.
  • Support new business endeavours and perform audits as needed.
  • Serve as a transparent liaison between the delivery team and senior management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client and staff inquiries related to paid media.
  • Guarantee smooth and efficient operations, including the punctual delivery of monthly reports.

THE REQUIREMENTS OF A HEAD OF PAID MEDIA

  • You possess over 3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing effective paid media strategies.
  • Extensive expertise in overseeing and expanding digital advertising initiatives across various platforms, coupled with a keen grasp of targeting, optimization, and performance evaluation.
  • Proven leadership acumen, having led and nurtured high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical prowess, enabling you to interpret data, extract insights, and drive data-driven decisions for optimizing campaign efficacy.
  • Proficient communication and presentation abilities, adept at articulating complex concepts and strategies to both internal teams and clients.
  • A fervent commitment to innovation and perpetual learning within the dynamic digital marketing domain.
  • Outstanding project management proficiencies, adept at juggling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Superb writing, proofreading, and communication skills, ensuring top-notch delivery in all endeavours.
