Job: Head of Paid Media (UK-Remote)

As their Head of Paid Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their paid media strategies to drive client success. Leveraging your deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and trends, you will lead a team of 3 passionate professionals to deliver high-performing campaigns that exceed client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, influence strategic decisions, and drive growth for both their clients and their agency.

Responsibilities;

Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive professional growth and excellence.

Collaborate closely with other departments to align paid media strategies with overall client objectives and deliver integrated solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to continually optimise campaign performance and identify new opportunities for innovation.

Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation, ensuring that campaigns are delivering measurable results and maximizing ROI.

Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic insights, and exceptional service delivery, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Looker Studio, and Google Analytics 4 is essential.

Develop customized Google Looker Studio dashboards tailored to meet their clients' needs.

Assist in new business pitches and conduct audits as necessary.

Serve as a transparent intermediary between the delivery team and senior management.

Act as the primary point of contact for client and staff inquiries regarding paid media.

Ensure seamless and efficient operations, including timely delivery of monthly reports.

Requirements;

You have 3+ years of experience in managing Paid Search, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns in an agency environment.

Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid media strategies.

Extensive experience managing and growing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of targeting, optimisation, and performance measurement.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to both internal teams and clients.

A passion for innovation and continuous learning in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.

First class writing and proofreading skills, along with superb communication skills.

£’s: up to £60k.

Location; your choice - either fully remote (as most of their staff prefer), based from their central London offices, or a hybrid blend of the two.
