R13 are excited to be partnering with a fantastic international, multi-brand business, to assist with their search for a Head of Marketing to join their team in Kings Lynn. You will be the guiding force for the company’s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness across multiple markets and developing targeted marketing campaigns.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. This role offers a salary of up to £65,000 dependant on experience. This role will require flexibility for later evening calls and international travel when needed.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy including channel strategy and resource requirements with a focus on brand growth & awareness.
  • Collaborating with international colleagues to ensure alignment with global strategy & branding.
  • Budget management - using key insights to ensure the budget is spread effectively across the marketing mix and to maximise ROI.
  • Carrying out reporting and analysis of marketing data & customer insights to find opportunities for growth, using these data insights to drive strategy.
  • Creating bespoke seasonal marketing plans to support both ecommerce & bricks & mortar opportunities.
  • Managing, motivating and developing a team of marketers, carrying out reviews and ensuring the team are meeting goals and gaining the skills to ensure optimal performance.

You will have /be:

  • Proven senior level marketing experience with a focus on e-commerce, B2B, B2C & direct mail.
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns across markets & working on a international level.
  • Brand marketing experience with the ability to develop and enhance brands, alongside driving a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints.
  • Confident leading, developing, training & motivating a team of cross-functional colleagues.
  • Analytically minded with the ability to gather key customer/data insights, using these to guide decision making.
  • Confident user of digital marketing & social media tools.
  • Proactive with the ability to take charge and problem solve.
