We have an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join an exciting brand based in Cardiff. You would joining on of the most-loved companies within the UK. This role offers the opportunity for you to be the custodian of the brand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing and visual merchandising team.
  • Collaborate with buying teams to align marketing strategies with seasonal product ranges.
  • Develop and evolve brand guidelines in collaboration with creative agencies.
  • Oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Drive the development of captivating window displays and in-store promotional campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor expenditures effectively.
  • Act as the local marketing leader, overseeing events and analysing results.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative flair coupled with a commercial mindset.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns.
