Head of Maintenance

Venn Group are working with large public sector organisation to secure the services of a Head of Maintenance

Salary:£54,000 - £61,000 per annum

Duration:Permanent

Location:Kent

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the Maintenance team of circa 50+ responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance activity including Mechanical, Electrical, Building Fabric and Grounds
  • Provide direction to teams to deliver cost effective maintenance
  • Line manage 4 Managers, Supervisors and Administrators
  • Control budgets & provide people management
  • Engage with stakeholder

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in either Mechanical Building Services or a Building Services Degree

  • Degree/HND/HNC in mechanical engineering

  • Experience with building services on large estates
