Are you a dynamic legal professional seeking an exciting leadership opportunity? Our esteemed Birmingham-based firm is actively seeking a Head of Litigation to spearhead our thriving legal practice. As the Head of Litigation, you'll be at the forefront of our firm's legal strategy, leading a talented team of litigators to success. Your responsibilities will include:

?? Overseeing all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
?? Building and nurturing strong client relationships, providing strategic legal counsel, and ensuring client satisfaction.
????? Mentoring and developing junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
?? Managing budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency within the litigation department.
?? Developing and implementing innovative legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for our clients.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

? A proven track record of success in litigation, with extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation matters.
? Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
? Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
? A commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
