Do you have experience in leading a global supply chain organisation IT Strategy, Systems Integration and Data Innovation?

Purpose:

As the Head of IT Systems & Data, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the IT strategy of our fast-growing international Group, aligning it seamlessly with our organizational goals. You will lead the design, planning, and implementation of solutions, addressing current challenges due to growth and proactively shaping our future success as we expand.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy in alignment with the company’s global growth roadmap.
• Lead and oversee multiple IT projects, E-Commerce, Amazon marketplace, transaction processing, accounting, MI & BI, warehousing WMS, & global location setups.
• Enhance the existing SAP ERP system to become a fully utilized global solution, optimizing transactional processing to manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to introduce SAP ERP financial reports and lead global operational modules.
• Implement robust solutions for collating, storing, and reporting on business data, including data warehouses, BI insights, and CRM systems.
• Drive technological innovation to unlock commercial and operational opportunities, efficiencies, and organizational value.
• Manage all group infrastructure, security, compliance, and vendor relationships.
• Drive and manage the overall journey in systems integration projects, leveraging extensive experience in this domain.
• Possess experience in supply chain systems within E-Commerce, consumer products, wholesale/retail, or manufacturing industries.
• Provide visionary leadership, driving business growth through futuristic ideas and solutions.
• Confidently deliver projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Project Management principles.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems, with a focus on SAP implementation within product-based businesses.
• Familiarity with MRP, WMS, BI systems, and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related qualification.
• Extensive experience in driving and managing the overall journey in systems integration projects.
• Experience in supply chain systems within E-Commerce, consumer products, wholesale/retail, or manufacturing industries.
