Are you a Head of HR looking for a part time opportunity?

We are working with a charity based in Gateshead who are looking for a motivated Head of HR to join their team.

The role offers a salary of £38,588-£44,100 (pro-rata) over two days per week.

Hybrid working is available; candidates can either work from home or from the office.

The charity supports people with learning disabilities into the local community and housing. They have increased in growth over the last few years and feel this is the right time to appoint a Head of HR to take a lead on all aspects of their people strategy.

They are looking for someone who has the vision to drive the people strategy and culture forward so the staff are best placed to deliver much needed services to their growing client base.

The ideal candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves and deliver operationally on all aspects of HR compliance and provide expert and proactive support to the executive team and operational managers on the whole range of people issues.

About You

This Head of HR role will suit someone who is passionate about creating a great working environment, can take a strategic lead, and also work operationally on specific HR issues. You will be an experienced and passionate HR professional who can provide excellent HR advice and strategic and operational support in areas with some complexity. You can demonstrate actively driving and managing change to meet your organisation’s needs.

Ideally you will have Chartered CIPD membership.
