 Head of HR - Paying up to £55,000pa

Main duties

  • Lead the HR function to develop, deliver and evaluate HR activity across the business, actively coaching direct reports to develop the HR ability that will ensure delivery of agreed outcomes
  • Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, develop, communicate, and implement HR strategies and associated delivery plans aligned with our HROD critical path, that support our corporate objectives and values, enabling our vision to be a growing and developing digital business
  • Actively develop the Partnership agenda together with the recognised Trade Union Branch Executive
  • Take a leading role in supporting strategic workforce planning, working with the lead practitioner and the organisation to develop and embed strategic workforce planning processes, providing key data sets and insights to the Strategic Workforce Planning Group, and creating a plan to transition this activity into business as usual
  • Develop people data services, designing and delivering effective data capture, reporting and business insights capability
  • Lead development of a resourcing strategy implementation and development of our employee value proposition supporting and coaching the resourcing manager to progress project work alongside efficient and effective recruitment activity
  • Take a leading role in developing employee value proposition
