UK Head of HR Business Partnering

Are you an experienced HR leader looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Head of HR Business Partnering for a confidential client based in the UK. We are excited to present this exclusive hybrid opportunity to ambitious HR professionals who are ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

What is on the to-do list?

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Partners across multiple locations in the UK.
  • Drive a proactive and solution-oriented approach within the HR team to ensure commercial effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, spending time meeting stakeholders face to face at regional sites and supporting the development of HRBPs and enhancing their performance.
  • Play a pivotal role in the integration processes of acquisitions.
  • Act as a key liaison between HR and operational teams, balancing strategic priorities while fostering a collaborative approach.
  • Use data and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making to drive further business growth.

Do you have the following?

  • A proven track record of leadership and management within HR.
  • Significant HR Business Partnering experience.
  • The ability to drive tangible results with a direct impact on the bottom line.
  • Experience in managing multi-site operations within a matrix environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively in the UK during the initial phase of the role.
  • Knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
  • Strong coaching and development skills to empower teams for success.

Being based in the Midlands to enable easier reach to the UK sites would also be advantageous.
