Description

  • Oversee the management of the organisation's property portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housing services
  • Lead and manage a team of housing and income officers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle complex housing management cases
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders and the local community
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the board of directors
  • Manage the department's budget and resources effectively

Profile

A successful Head of Housing Services should have:

  • Proven experience in managing a large property portfolio
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
  • Excellent knowledge of housing laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to handle complex housing management cases
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
