ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, youll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. ABOUT YOU
Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotelenvironment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping. Well also look for a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. A caring nature and good communication skills are important as youll often come into contact with other members of staff, residents and their relatives.
