About the role

As Head of Governance & Compliance, you will have oversight of governance, regulatory and legal compliance, data protection, insurance and risk management. You will also attend and be responsible for the administration of meetings of our Executive Team, Committees and Board.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • A working knowledge of data protection legislation and good practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management at all levels.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • A methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • A passion for assuming responsibility and leading others.

Benefits provided

Annual Leave: starting at 26 days excluding UK Public/ Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time), plus1.5 days complimentary leave along with the option to purchase additional leave.

Enhanced Pension: Hastoe's employer contributions start at 5% and are based on a matching of your own contribution level, plus 2%, up to a maximum of 8% employer contribution.
