Head of Finance

Robert Half and Finance and Accounting are recruiting for Head of Finance for a Charitable Foundation with a hospitality function based in Central London on a 5 day per week structure for a 6 month contract Outside IR35.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the development and monitoring of the group's (Company and Trustees) short- and long-term financial strategies
• Directing the day-to-day finance processing, reporting, management, and control functions ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and fiscal and lending requirements
• Overseeing the preparation and review of the annual budgets, analyse the risk of its activities and growth and advise the board of directors on the risk and return of activities
• Supporting the growth of the brand through the integration and development of existing venues and evaluating the future opportunities
• Partnering with senior officers including CEO, COO to grow and strengthen strategy
• Overseeing the production of parent company financial reporting, projections, and analyses, liaising with the Treasurer of Trustees

• £350-500 outside IR35
