You'll have full responsibility for the finance function and managing a small, experienced team who will support you across transactional and management accounts prep. You will be joining at an exciting time of growth and transformation within the business, including a system implementation, potential acquisitions, and ambitious growth plans. You'll be working directly with the MD and shaping the growth plans with your commercial insight while communicating this to senior stakeholders across the business. This will offer you a clear-cut route to FD as the business grows and the support of a mentor figure in the MD.
