Salary £75k with company car

Reporting to the the board and MD this is a secure fast growing business with a strong management team.

Our client is an construction business who are well respected in the Sheffield area. They are seeking a Head of Finance to report to the Directors of the Business. Current turnover is around 10m which is set to grow quickly within the next couple of years.

As Head of Finance you will fully participate in the strategy of the business. This role will suit an experienced Accountant who can be ACA/ACCA/CIMA with experience of working in the construction industry. Candidates with strong experience can also be considered who are QBE (Qualified by Experience).

Production of Management Accounts
Budgets and Forecasting/Cashflows
WIP
Build and manage/develop the current finance team
Prepare financial statements
Analyse market trends
Development of performance measurements for the finance team
Overseeing the general accounts
Overseeing the Payroll and Credit Control
Dealing with HMRC and external funders
Yearend accounting
Preparing accounts ready for the external audit
Dealing with banks -funding/invoice financing etc
This is a great role which would suit an experienced "hands-on" accountant. The business offers a great working environment. Construction (CIS) experience is required.
