Head of Finance

A VC backed Consumer Finance / FinTech, seek a Head of Finance to continue to spearhead the financial performance of the business. Joining as the Head of Finance, you will work directly under the CFO to have ownership of the entire finance function.
Duties include:

• Ownership of the financial reporting
• Develop problematical financial forecasts
• Be pro-active in challenging current processes and procedures suggesting improvements to streamline processes and drive performance
• Keep stakeholders informed on necessary changes and updates happening within the business to ensure the smooth running, in an accurate and timely manner
• Assisting the CFO

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with proven experience working for a Consumer Finance / FinTech organisation. Due to the nature of the role, robust communication skills is a must.
