£70,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

Our client, an established entity operating in the Education sector, is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance with a knack for strategic planning and financial oversight.

As the Head of Finance, you'll lead all financial operations, ensuring strict adherence to regulations while maintaining robust financial governance. You'll be at the helm of managing the finance department, building relationships with stakeholders, and steering financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the finance department and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
* Guarantee the accuracy of accounting records and prompt financial reporting.
* Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
* Take the lead on budget planning and supervise payroll functions.
* Champion innovation and drive transformative change in financial processes.

Requirements:
* Possession of a recognised Accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/AAT/CIPFA).
* Experience in finance within a complex organisational setup.
* Exceptional leadership prowess, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
